About Dr Fried
Dr. Fried is a Pediatrician and board certified physician nutrition specialist and functional medicine practitioner. He specializes in helping you feel "good" again by personalizing treatment plans based upon each person’s unique history, genetics, symptoms and lifestyle and through the use of nutrition, lifestyle and supplement recommendations. He completed his residency in Pediatrics at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick and a fellowship training at the Hospital for Sick kids in Toronto, Canada. He also completed training in Pediatric Gastroenterology at Columbia Presbyterian Babies Hospital in NY.
Dr Fried believes in the role of nutrition in preventative medicine and achieving optimal health. He teaches a balanced and sustainable lifestyle based on eating and exercise program. He has helped clients improve their health and well- being through his dedication to child, teen and adult obesity. He served on the Food and allergy awareness committee at Rutgers, The state University of NJ and was the past president of New Jersey Nutritional Task force for the American Academy of Pediatrics.
